C.A.R.E.S. Discounts Monthly

Medical Baseline
& Life Support Increased
baseline allowance for customers who use life support equipment in the home. Doctor verification
of condition and equipment required. Call

Temporary
Assistance Program A
benefit of up to $350 per 12-month period towards electric charges on City
utility bill. Eligibility:
Must meet low-income requirements. Non-electric charges must be paid prior to
receiving this benefit.

PG&E Relief
for Energy Assistance through Community Help (REACH) One-time
utility grant assistance of up to $200. Eligibility: Low-income PG&E customers at risk of
losing electricity services due to demonstrated uncontrollable or unforeseen
financial hardships, and who have not received REACH help in the prior 18
months. Contact Salvation Army or Willits Community Services to apply. Renewable
Energy Development Institute (REDI) REDI’s HELP outreach
program links Willits residents to energy-saving programs offered through
