For companies that provide medical equipment (ranging from canes, walkers, wheelchairs, and commodes to hospital beds, oxygen, etc.), see yellow pages of your phone book under "Medical Equipment and Supplies" or "Hospital Equipment, Instruments and Supplies."  Senior Centers often have loaner closets with some of these smaller items.

  • HIV/AIDS Testing & AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP)

Provides HIV counseling and testing. Administers AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) which provides HIV related prescription medications at low or no cost to those with limited or no prescription drug coverage.
