technology aids to personal assistance) to allow equal access to education.

Assessment and individual employment planning; educational
and skills training; and entrepreneurial planning and development for
eligible native American Indians, Alaskans, and Hawaiians living in Department of Rehabilitation Provides services, training, and advocacy resulting in

disabilities. Special programs include "Personal Goal" and
"Homemaker" services for blind and low-vision individuals.

Program Receive training and provide free, in-home peer counseling

volunteer 20 hrs/wk. Ukiah Literacy Tutor adults who are learning to read. Willits Action Group 221-D Recruits and places volunteers with local non-profit
agencies and community projects to promote health in the greater Willits
area. Runs a community garden with volunteer participants receiving a share
