Consumer information and education about requirements and options to assist in advanced planning for after-death arrangements. Volunteer speakers available. Free legal advice, written information, referrals, and other brief services in all areas of civil law for California residents age 60+. Hospice Services of Lake County

Services include skilled nursing (pain/symptom management), patient/family education, health aides, social workers, and spiritual/bereavement counseling for patients and family. Eligibility:  Doctor-ordered services for terminally ill patients of all ages. Medicare, Medi-Cal and most private insurance carriers provide coverage for hospice care.
