Caring volunteers attempt to match qualified volunteer drivers to assist those that cannot drive to medical/dental appointments, community events, shopping, and other essential errands. Also, weekly van service on Thursday to Santa Rosa. For ambulatory riders in the coastal area between Elk and Timber Cove, including Annapolis (no wheelchair transport). Lake Links Pay-Your-Pal

Provides reimbursement for Lake County older or dependent adults who are unable to use public transportation and rely on the helpers in their lives to drive them to their important appointments. Wheelchair-accessible fixed-route public bus transportation throughout Lake County, and to Calistoga and Ukiah. (Transfer in Calistoga through Napa Transit to destinations south.) "Flex Stop" curb-to-curb service available within one mile of designated bus routes 1-4, 4A (call to arrange at least one day in advance.) Dial- A-Ride curb-to-curb van service available Clearlake, Lower Lake, and Lakeport. Special fare (75 cents each way) for persons age 60+ to travel via fixed route or Dial-A-Ride, if needed, to local senior center for lunch. All LTA buses are wheelchair accessible. Mendocino Transit Authority (MTA)

Wheelchair-accessible fixed-route public bus transportation throughout Mendocino County plus daily connections with Sonoma County Transit, Santa Rosa City Bus, AMTRAK, and Golden Gate Transit for regional service to Marin and San Francisco Counties in Santa Rosa. Also daily connections with the Sonoma County Airport Express at the Sonoma County Airport for service to and from the Bay Area airports. In Ukiah, MTA connects with Lake Transit service to and from Lake County. Dial-A-Ride curb-to-curb services in Ukiah and Fort Bragg and one flex route: the Local 9 PM Service in Ukiah. Reduced fares for seniors and passengers with certain disabilities who show an authorized MTA transit discount card at time of travel. All MTA buses are wheelchair accessible.
